Phase plan (2026-10-24)

See PHASES.md. New Phase 7 = old-server ports (starts Mon 2026-10-26; includes panic, pager, ShotSpotter, duty tracking, priority cooldown, plus tcc_pd Fuel and EUP duty outfit modules). Renumbered: 8 patrol zones + data API (+ stop menu declutter, MDT Records), 9 TCC CAD, 10 hardening.

Ideas Ed has approved for later. These aren't scheduled yet.

tcc_pd

• Saved duty uniform (EUP): players can save their current MP ped outfit, built from EUP uniforms, as their default duty uniform. That outfit loads automatically every time they go back on duty, and their civilian outfit comes back when they go off duty. Requested 2026-10-24.
• Saved department vehicles: players can save their patrol car, with its exact livery, modifications and extras, as a custom vehicle for each department. They can then spawn that setup as their unit. Requested 2026-10-24.
