Radar and plate reader (wk_wars2x)
TCC Dev runs Wraith ARS 2X (wk_wars2x) version 1.3.1 by WolfKnight, from the official repository
github.com/WolfKnight98/wk_wars2x. It's licensed under MIT, and its LICENSE file ships with the resource. It runs as its own resource; the only local change is in its config.lua: the default key-lock key is END instead of L, because L is tcc_pd's "forward the call" key.
Keys (defaults, all rebindable in Settings > Key Bindings > FiveM)

tcc_pd plate checks (0.7.40)
When the plate reader reads or locks a plate, tcc_pd checks its vehicle records. If the plate is flagged, you get a
"Plate reader" hint with the plate and its flags (stolen, registration, insurance, owner warrant or licence, ...).
The same plate repeats only after 60 s; locking it shows the result again. Pull the car over as usual, and the stop
uses the same record. Config.Alpr.enabled = false turns it off. If wk_wars2x isn't running, nothing happens.
